Day light *******

Made a payment using own pay option on 27th November money went of my account But was never credited to my hollywoodbets account. Send numerous emails was advised auditors is busy crediting accounts still no funds credited . Request no***7 I am now all of a sudden told I must contact my bank. My bank informed me hollywoodbets has the money as they banked it 28th November. The give me the run around this is day light ******* I wonder how many more people they do this too. Am I suppose to now write that money off. Their consultants is so *********** and rude. People became full of this place they will take your money
