Customer Support 💩

Customer Support is the worst. They make you feel like you could just strangle them. Hollywoodbets, how do you guys employ these people. You guys should employ more staff, reduce the unemployment rate in South Africa. All the agents just reply with " The matter is sent to the relevant department, please wait 1-4 hours " I have been waiting 4 days now! And has you still continue your query, they just send you this " If that concludes your query enjoy the rest of your day. thank you so much for reaching out to hollywoodbets" How ridiculous this is. It just amazes me. It is so frustrating. One of the biggest betting platforms in South Africa and this is the quality of service you recieve, just like the odds of winning, ****. Hollywoodbets seems to have got us loosing at good Customer service aswell. Support team is trash. Hollywoodbets if you think im just ****ed off because I dont win, think again. I challenge you to contact me, and I'll give you full access to my chat history. If I am wrong in this situation, you can take up any action against me that's necessary, but please dont take more 4 days respond.
