Customer service sucks

Hi good day, i made a deposit yesterday morning around 1.30 am of R100 . Please let me when i will recive it because you cant call it a instant payment if only Hollywoodbets gets paid instantly and my betting account is not topped up. This happens all the time , someone will call and say must waut 24 to 48 hours . This is not acceptable especially from a big company like Hollywoodbets and this is the only company that does nothing to keep ther client's happy even when its ther site thats getting stuck all the time . Now i have missed all the bets i wanted to take .
