Your end to end customer service is pathetic to be honest. It's like you guys ignore emails up untill the client is so frustrated that he even forgets or takes a loss. ********* behavior by a company to not respond to clients. I have not received deposit since 4 days now and nobody has responded to my E-mails it's like we as clients are being ignored. This is not the first time as the first time I actually took a loss as I had a no response. But this time I will not take a loss. You don't respond on emails, your chat bot does not work and if you call in you would end up wasting more airtime then the amount you deposited. please give me my refund I do not want to use your services any longer.
