Customer Abused

Good day I wanted to withdraw cash from the Thistle Grove Kinross Mpumalanga branch of Hollywood. Unfortunately the ATM was not working, so ask from one of the tellers by the name of Lizzy Nkosi,who calles me to the desk where she was sitting. Coming there ,I found one person infront of . Suddenly a woman coming from outside the premises came infront of me and hand her card to teller Lizzy Nkosi. I asked the person why she don't wait her turn in the que of which she responded that she was in the que and had to go fetch her card in her car outside. Lizzy Nkosi confirmed this. Of I reject since it is at every place that I'd you leave your que you have loose your business than you must wait in the next turn I was told in a manner that no normal person would accept that the person is to be helped ssince the deal is on the computer. I did tell her that that is not supposed to be. Lizzy Nkosi keeps on shouting me of which I responded to see the manager. I explain to him ,but it seems that no action is going to be taken against Lizzy Nkosi. I did say that we as the customers of any entity are not been done a favor by being there. We supporting these companies and are being abused by *********** people working for them!! Hollywood management should know that that these people like Lizzy Nkosi, pose a big treat to their business. Lizzy Nkosi is still at the line of this company Hollywood here in Kinross Mpumalanga. Shame on you for employing *********** individuals!!
