I’ve recently been very disappointed in how Hollywood handles their customer complaint and I’ve been using Hollywood with no issues and the 1st I have an issue that really isn’t that major I get tossed here and there and inaccurate turnovers times for feed back and recently started being ignored after having waited for over 4/5 days after being told turnaround time would be 24/72 hours and I still maintained composure and was very polite however I’ve provided every information they needed from me included the ticket number I was given for it being escalated but nothing has been resolved. All I wanted was to get feedback on what is happening with my query and whether it would be resolved or not and finally a way forward. I really hope they pay more attention to their customer complaints.
