Credit's depleting with 1c after every 3rd of 4th spin

Hi,I recently played on Spina zonke and noticed that my credits is depleting by 1c on increasing by 1c with every 3rd or 4th spin and has been monitoring it a while and thought to myself it's a system error. Than I continued and it happened again and again and again,so I decided to take a video as proof that this is happening. Next thing I do is to report to the call center agents which told me quite an interesting thing on the chat's we had,but luckily I screenshot every chat as proof of my chat's. I asked her y this is happening and she denied all the fact's I stated and advised her that I'll firstly seek help elsewhere before I can send the video to them as I know they can delete it. Do u guy's think I should seek legal assistance and than asked to gambling board to have a look into it as I think if I can take this to court I have a very very strong leg to stand on and maybe we'll get the answers what we looking for. Ever since this started all I do is load vouchers without cashing out an amount of even R2K or more,I can't even cash out R500, cause the amount of money I put in at least I should make a very good profit. Please leave comments as I can upload the video here and the chat's I have with the agent than the answer u guys will see what she gave me is shocking...I don't think people will do only gambling anymore...
