Credit to my account

Good day I made a deposit hollywoodbets from Capitec Bank immediate payment which suppose to show immediately as been charged by bank for for transaction but hollywoodbets does not want to credit my account after after I have provided with the proof of payment

It really so disappointing Hollywoodbet have not attended to my query of all the phone calls I spend more R100 my air calling them to credit a simple R88 I get sent pillar to post I don't know u have ceo that is looking to the query or just want play and take money what is really goal because customer service was supposed to be prioritize instead ur prisoner that get from

72 hours have passed without my money been paid hollywoodbets is really bad company I will never recommend it to anyone because I don't want them to have a stress like me proof of payment they have I don't what keeping them not to do right very bad exper6

If you new in betting I will not recommend you to join hollywoodbets it a very bad platform to bet use other platform after spoke Capitec and confirmed that payment was released to them as it immediate payment actually it was to to reflect to them in 2 hours but up to now its not been paid since the 30th of of Feb 2023, every time I called I kept holding more than 30 minutes without been help

Hollywoodbets is betting company on the planet after 4 days the pick a payment I made on the 30th of January 2024 how immediate payment take more 4 days with no trace I send proof of payment but tsu is company or ****a u need to close doors if can not live on promises so irritating that every time I need call without getting a help Hlengiwe makhanya it's worse employee who work assumptions that fact very lazy

Good day I will like take this opportunity to apologize Capitec bank never released the payment and never rep**** to me or communicate until today when spoke to one of the hollywoodbets urgent and advise me to go to the branch of Capitec bank since there no response and not reflecting on hollywoodbets statement my sincerely apologies to all staff I spoke to and the negative impact cost your service raying Hlengiwe Makhanya my sincere apology
