Just like the ANC... Full of *******. I requested a withdrawal and until this they nothing came thru yet. I've been on the phone with them for ages from one department to the other. They will escalate the situation and come back to me. Its been how long now and nothing heard from Hollywoodbets. What a bad experience I'm having. They have been ******* from the beginning.
