Controlled and manipulated games

HB you need to explain WHY when you playing and at least getting one or 2 features do your games then automatically reset mid play and after that you get NOTHING!!!!!! This is feeling completely controlled. It continously happens so please do not try make dumb excuses about it being my connection as I'm not the only one here that its happening to- I'm quite sure this is not legal on any level. I've emailed you about this, yet it continues daily which shows you do not esculate or investigate any complaint! You should fix your site - stop manipulating the games! Or are you that confident loosing players means nothing ?
