Continuing REJECTING Withdrawal!!

I've been with Hollywood for quite some time,never had any issues tho. I've made withdrawals via ewallet quite easy infact it's been seamless, my latest withdrawal was on 10/11/21. Weirdly Now my withdrawal has been rejected I've been struggling since yesterday morning.Everytime sending me a massage that I need to send a selfie with my ID wich I did.

Called the spoke to various operators, but they tell me that I cannot speak to withdrawals.......

It's really frustrating like I said I've never had any problems with Hollywoodbets until now........what to do???
