Contact number theft

Someone that I don't know, never met in my life used my contact number to register a hollywood account. I sent a request to hollywood to update the details, remove the account or even close the account.

The consultant Philani told me that the account doesn't belong to me and can only change the details based on the instructions of the account holder. They don't have any other details to get hold of the account holder except my contact number.

I have all the details to proof the contact number belongs to me and asked that they update the details because the number belongs to me but NO I have to get hold of the ghost account holder that I never met in my life. I have been using my number for several years.

Consultant told me that they are not responsible for a person using a wrong number and there nothing that they can do.

I need my number back.
