Recently, and on multiple occasions in the past, the game completely kicks me out or forces a reload right when I am building momentum. Before customer support responds with the generic "check your internet connection" excuse, let me clarify a few things: My internet connection is strong and stable. I have tested it repeatedly. This is exclusive to Hollywoodbets. I regularly play on competing platforms like 10bet, and I have never experienced this issue there. It only happens on Hollywoodbets. I fully understand the risks of gambling and I accept losing as part of the game. What I do not accept is a platform that constantly glitches or cuts out during active gameplay, which feels highly unfair and disruptive. I have emailed customer service about this before and received no real solution. I need Hollywoodbets to look into their server stability or platform performance rather than blaming the user's connection. This pattern makes the platform feel unreliable and *************.
