constant issues

i bought a voucher from a local store and it refused to load they then printed a second voucher and still it didn't want to load i went on to the Hollywood help chat spoke Jadine who was so rude and just exited the chat without any help. ..i then spoke with david who said he would transfer me to a different department and he also disconnected the chat....i cannot believe that such a big betting company cannot help with a simple problem i will be taking this up to the gambling board because no one is compensating me for the time and data that im wasting because of Hollywood's stupid issues and data is money whos giving me that money not url? i expect a reponse now
