Complete ****

I opened an account with these guys and then they said i cant place any bets until i have submitted my fica documents. So i uploaded my documents and they sent me an sms saying its been verified and i can now start betting. So last week i placed a bet and won but when i wanted to withdraw they couldnt process my withdrawal because apparently i have outstanding fica documents. Really????? So why did they let me bet amd even accepted my deposits if my documents were outstanding??? Only now that i want to withdraw thats when they start saying i need to verify my fica documents. I uploaded again and even sent emails but no response at all from them. I even sent an email to their support but no response for the past few days. I even tried to call their customer care number but it just rings and the call ends, its not going through. These guys are a complete ****. I think im going to recomend betways from now on because hollywoodbets doesnt seem legit
