Complaint Umhlanga Branch

Good day

Yesterday 27th at 23:33 I tried to widraw R2000 from my Hollywood account and it was rejected by the bank, I called the contact center spoke to Shuaib, supervisor & Hannah from Durban Umhlanga Branch of which they were not willing to help me at all. I need that money urgently I was told about 24 hrs and I cannot wait for that 24 hrs I really need it very urgently. Please can someone help me. Thank you.
