Complaint... Terrible company

This company has been stringing us along for the past 6 days now in regards to our withdrawal... Every time we call them they state to us we will receive our money the same day and yet it's been 6 days now.. Every time we phone them when the money don't come to speak to a supervisor they tell us to hold and when we stay on hold they hang up the phone. It is a R1000 of my money that they don't want to pay me out. This company is a **** and they know it.. Not to give their client money that is actually owed to them I am sick and tired of phoning and phoning and I am not receiving my money 6 days later and still nothing. No instant cash voucher or anything back in my hollywoodbets account.
