To my shock, I found that my account balance was zero. Upon reviewing the transaction history, it showed that I had requested a 1Voucher withdrawal — something I absolutely did not authorize. For context: I always use encrypted browsing. I received an SMS at 9:40 PM on 2nd March notifying me of a cellphone number change. I contacted support at approximately 12:20 AM on 3rd March immediately after noticing the issue.
