Hi! I have played on hollywoodbets and won, my winnings were not credited in to my account, a case was opened and they gave me a case number. I have been calling them for more than a month now but am not getting help, support told me to give the casino an SD number but when I do give it to casino, they can't help me with it. They can't even communicate with each other to solve my matter
