Complain for money deposit

My name is Zamani Hlongwa, i have an account at Hollywoodbets my account number is ***. I today i bought a voucher worth R100 when i entered the voucher i said redeemed but when i refresh my balance it is R0.00. To me this is a ***** because this is money and its not the first time this is happening. When i tried to call them i spoke to an agent and the lady said he will transfer me to another department, i stayed several minutes on the line till i had no airtime left. I am very frustrated because i wanted to use that money for betting on that time now i cant because of their wrong doing. When i called the service i got was poor instead i lost money on airtime. I am a gambler n i lose lots and lots of money from Hollywoodbets and they take it instantly. How can it say voucher redeemed while there is no money on my a ccount when i refresh it, whats even more upsetting is that my cousin had a same problem his name is Tsepiso Mohapi his number is +***9 he can vouch for me Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, i am now losing patience and i am furious and i want these ********* to pay here is my number below if there is any progress ***
