Complain

A very terrible experience I've came across with this trusted company, i did a withdrawal on the 19/11/2023 but funds never received untill today. I've been pushed from pillar to post when ever i called getting to explain my query to every consultant and being told its been escalated. Been requested to send my bank statement more than 4 times and they also confirm that the funds are not there and the look for another reason to push me away. I wouldn't like anyone to experience this nasty/terrible and overwhelming service. Im very disappointed with hollywoodbets. They ended up providing me with their proof of payment showing that they paid and expected me to leave and find a way to rectify😏. I decided to call absa bank to trace the transaction provided them with the transaction reference and supprisingly being told that there is no such ref and its invalid . I dont know anymore how to deal with this. Its very devastating and creates confusion and depression. Very angry and disappointed
