Complain About the Hollywood Stuff in Pretoria Paul Kruger

i am a member of the hollywoodbets.In Pretoria branch i have experience not rude but disgusting service and behavior from an employee by the name of kamogelo.He gave me the wrong bets 3 times and whats bothering me is that he never take accountability of his mistakes he blames me.yesterday he did the same mistake and when i complained he told me he didnt hear me properly and its my fault and when i asked him how am i my fault because i told you the number i wanted to play and also the the code for that bet.When i asked for the manager he told me straight that the manager wont do anything and he pointed a light skinned lady that was sitting next to him and she just kept quiet and she didn't acknowledge the mistake that was done by his colleague. I am not the only one, people always complain about him, sometimes you find him sleeping while he's on a till point. His last words was i shouldn't come and place a bet with him again.
