Good evening! My name is Absa L Khumalo

I want to lay a complain about Hollywoodbets there was a technical error on the 11/01/2023 time 11:34pm when i was playing crazy time game, i won but the game did not pay me. I then sent a proof to them showing that i had won. Luckily i recorded every thing when i was playing. They did acknowledge the error and told me they are working on it but after they're done they only refunded my stake instead of paying my winning funds. Please assist me thank you.
