hi i once recharged my hollywood account with R50, but for some technical issues my credit dissapeared, when i went to the store a lady told me the it was gonna be loaded back wen system is back but noting happened..i sent emails, and spoke to different technicians but my issue was never resolved, my last email was never responded, i even asked for at least a credit of goodwill but they never heard my request
i think they ******** peaople can someone help me get my refund because hollywood its self does not care about their customers

10 Sept 2018, 11:25how ever i have forever waiting for that call but i never received it, i even asked for credit of goodwill but no one seemed to care, whereas i went to the branch and notified them that day and a consultant by the name miranda assured me that there was a problem and they aware and it was gonna be automatically fixed......
