Client no longer active

It is now 4 months and my account is apparently still under audit. My account status remains client is no longer active. Each time I call the response is the same. They don't know how long the audit will take. This is hogwash. I am disgusted at the manner in my complaint is being handled. 4 months later and still no resolution.
