Client no longer active

I was playing on Hollywood bets then suddenly I was logged out...When attempting to login again it says client no longer active. I called Hollywood bets and I was told my account is under audits and I must submit a selfie holding your ID. After sending through all documents then they said my account should be accessible within 24 hours. It has now been over seven days but yet my account is still locked. Why do they lock my account for audits when it has so much monry in it? Are they trying to **** me my money now?
