i never came across such a bad service they gave me ever since i had an account with them, am really disappointed they way they handling my complain i started complaining on the 15/10/2023 till today my issue was never resolved and even worse their call center is promising me lies always telling me they escalating the matter but that was bull**** because they never bothered to do what they are employed to do Nondumiso u have such a terrible customer service and Nompumelelo Mhlongo the worst peaople i ever spoke too i made an absa cash send withdrawal on the 14/10/2023 round about 00:51 and i only received the pin number not a voucher number but even today i never got any help this is pathetic really i never thought such big company will have such bad customer service. i always spend 45 minutes on a call being on hold wow what a service this is hey, everytime when i call no manager nor supervisor.
