Cant withdraw
I have been uploading my fica documents for the past 2 months but no reply even an sms. I sent via whatsapp and numerous emails. And recently i tried Facebook where i uploaded my documents they said my id is damaged i must send license or passport off which i dont have any of them. This is my worst experience EVER with Hollywoodbets. And no one told me about my id being damaged, but when i want to withdraw there is a different story. I am soooo fed up.

Please note that we require this for compliance and security purposes online with FIC prior to withdrawal. We would accept a temp ID or a drivers licence in this case as supporting documents so that we can approve your withdrawal request.
