Cant get FICA right after 9 days of trying

Started opening account on 7 May. Sent Fica docs and was promised it will be activated same day. Had to resend Fica docs on the 11 May. Thought i would check to see if account has been activated on 16 May. Now they have left out my surname and was transferred back to FICA dept but after 10 minutes waiting decided to hang up. Pretty useless service if you ask me. I think i will stay with INTERBET.
