Can’t claim my money

I have been waiting to claim my money from Hollywood bets for 3 years now and no one has been willing to help me I have even visited their branch in Johannesburg but no one helped me.they keep saying that they will escalate the matter to the higher ups but they don’t do that. I have been sending emails, calling and going there in person but no one has helped me!!
