These guyshave the worst customer service of any bookmaker! They consistently disappoint when it comes to withdrawals. This is the second day since I have requested my R500 and their agents have been lying since yesterday that it will be processed shortly. And it's not even easy reaching them but they just copy-paste replies and help with absolutely nothing. They did this same trick last time and they're repeating it again.

07 Jan 2022, 18:01I'm definitely reporting these people to Financial Crimes Unit, you won't get away with my money. You have to be shut down with immediate effect. This is a **** masquerading as a bookmaker! I want my money and whoever used it is in for it.
