Can someone please attend to this ticket ***

Hollywood bad have bad customer services, they take more than 5 days to fix simple error and payout. I've been try to get the error resolved for 5 days but for last 3 days I'm getting not response.

Can someone please attend to this ticket *** which was reported on 09 March 2023. Leg 6 was marked as Losing while the Home team work and I betted Home No Bet Draw and the home team won. The leg was fixed to Abandoned but the Ticket is still set to Losing and this is not supposed to be case because I won 5 legs.

Please leave up to your eta otherwise you'll be driving me to other betting platforms.
