Can Hollywoodbets change numbers of **** account

I have an account on Hollywoodbets and I don't know how but I realised that the moment I was trying to register. My plan was to change numbers so I went to Qwaqwa Hollywoodbets branch and asked for help and I was told that my issue is a self service kind of issue then I tried to do it but I failed and it has been 4 times now. I am really in love with Hollywoodbets betting site but I'm disappointed because I can't access my account as someone registered with my ID and it seems like Holly is unwilling to help
