Call centre should be a toll free number

Hi would like to share my bad experience with Hollywood I placed a bet while back and won now my issue as now am need of my winnings it be coming a problem I called the call centre was transferred to their and their with no assistance then I sent an some one called we spoke I did what was required of me send outstanding documents this was on Wednesday today is Friday still no fed back this is bad the call centre should be a told free number coz the amount of waiting time is bad
