Week 3 and my account is not credited. Hollywoods response to my 3rd complaint was that their service team will get in contact with me, no one did! Stop funding Brentford and start taking care of your clients!!!! Even their CEO Mr. Rampersadh doesn't take this seriously! I sent him an email 4 days ago, no response,! SLA breached. I will hand this over to a lawyer who will take what your market your name on sports brands , you are pathetic!!!!!
