BUNCH OF ********.

I deposited R2000 into my Hollywoodbets on 24/07/2020 and I was given a R300 bonus WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I played a few live games, lost and decided to withdraw my money but the money keeps getting reversed back to my account with a message saying my withdrawal request has been declined due to bonus T&Cs. I tried withdrawing R1900 yesterday and R1700 today. The R1700 was deducted from my Hollywoodbets accounts then reversed, but only R1400 was sent back, which I thought they took their bonus back. I then tried withdrawing R1400 and it was rejected again, which I don’t understand why because they already took their R300 bonus??? My emails are being ignored and no one is coming on live chat.
