Bull****ting the punter

I'm utterly disappointed at hollywoodbets bull****ing the punter, on 15 August 2021 i made a withdrawal request via absa cash send of R2400, only to learn the next day 16 Aug 2021 that my cashsend voucher pin was redeemed, I went to an extent of going to absa bank myself for further investigation, only to be informed that my voucher was redeemed at 13:15 literally few seconds later after i got the voucher pin and what a wow the person knew the pin as well what a coincidence, I have never shared the voucher with anyone, nor do i even know where caltex piet ritief is, honestly if this was a mistake how will the person guess its from hollywoodbets, and literally withdraw the money in split seconds, there's ***** there, them as the sender they share such info with *****s outside, i demand my money back and an internal investigation this i wont let go of, my account and mobile number with them is ***, I even had to go to absa myself they didnt do anything to investigate the matter 2 weeks later, If shift come to push im more than willing to sue, i have a strong case.
