Bonus Credit not Credited

I received an SMS on my birthday informing me that they credited my account with R10 and that I would get R50 bonus should I deposit R100. I did that on Tuesday and to date I have not received the R50. I phoned their call centre numerous times only to be told I am caller number 157, always in the 100s. Their chat line on their app is also useless as there is a queuing system, you get cut off when you're at number 1. I've been using Hollywoodbets for year now and this is nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional! Fix this!
