Block account

Hi I need assistance my Hollywood acc has been block it's no longer active it's been so for more then 3 month Hollywood can't give me any reason why it was block

I have been Struggling for more then 3 month now to then to assist me by unblocking my acc I have send throw all the required documents for more the 20 time after send the documents I will call and confirm if it correct and was it's received

They will there after say yes your acc will be ready to be used after 48hour This matter has been going on now for month without any luck Please I need help or even reason to why it was block in the first place and will it ever be active again
