So on the 4th of March I won a bot of money during the day but continued to play the evening I requested withdrawel via cash send that was reversed and I then opted payment via eft. Then I won again and opted to cash send again I never received the code or pin and won again opted to eft as my limit for Cash sends for the day was reached. I have not received the last eft or the cash send 2 days later and a lot of back and forth still no answer I keep on being told to look under my transactions but funnily enough the 2 withdrawels in question are not showing under my transactions either. Hollywood claims the money was paid but I have never received anything. They claiming that the monies was reversed into my player account but that is certainly also not the case. I have been playing for years now but because of this not that it will matter to them because I am just 1 player. Is there anyone else that has experienced non payment or them claiming that funds has been paid
