Birthday voucher not credited

Worst service order why i still use them i dont know. Was my birthday and told me to deposit R100 to claim R50 birthday voucher did that till date nothing has been credited on my account. Called numerous times, emailed and spoke to customer service on their chat platforms nothing. I would not recommend this site from now on i am using other betting sited
