Okay, where do I even start.

Rewind me back 52 hours. I purchased an hollywoodbets voucher on 12/01/2025 @ Checkers, but when I tried to redeem it, there came up a error message stating that the pin is invalid. I then reached out to the "chat" section on the hollywoodbets website. They assisted me and told me that it would take 24 - 48 hours. I was not happy with that and asked to speak to a supervisor, which I did, and that supervisor was super apologetic and promised me that it would be resolved before the 24 hour mark has passed. 24 hours went past, still nothing and I had to log into the hollywoodbets website again in order for me to follow up on my MONEY and what's busy happening to it. I spoke to extremely unhelpful agents that clearly cares more about closing off a ticket than to actually help the client resolve the matter.

I then received a new ticket number, once again stating it would be resolved within 24 - 48 hours. Their reason for the new ticket number is ridiculous! I had to send them a screenshot of the error message after already having the error message in the chat. I then freaked out and asked to speak to a supervisor.

And, no surprise at all, but the supervisor once again was extremely apologetic. (proof this happens regularly)

She then told me that the I.T department that was going to load the credit on my account "MANUALLY" asked for the screenshot this morning 14/01/2025 09:00. She told me that she would follow up with them, and give me a call back shortly with an update. They're officially closed and will only be opening tomorrow morning again and till this point of time I still have not received my credits, nor a response, nor a call back from the supervisor as promised.

PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT PURCHASING A HOLLYWOODBETS VOUCHER COULD LEAD TO A 24 - 48 HOUR DELAY. THATS IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, ITS PATHETIC!!!

Bunch *******, I want my money back, you and your staff are an absolute disgrace. No wonder hollywoodbets blew up so fast, and became really popular, its because they have enough money for adverti*****t, and should they run short, they'll just ***** from the next person.
