Beyond Frustrated

Imagine this u never really bothered playing online but on the persistence of your friends you decide to give it a shot and register with Hollywood bets website all seem well the convenience of playing anytime anywhere etc, until the moment comes that you request a payout, it takes 3 days for someone to let u know after the client ********** had to query on their WhatsApp line why is it taking so long just to discover acc, needs to be FICA'd which was done when account was opened coz they don't activate unless u have your ID and proof of address. Documents was sent and it took another 2 days for them to say they picked up a name change has been done....which was done more than 12 yrs ago and I didn't register with my old name, so they needed letter from home affairs, which was also forwarded to them, another day later I received an email to state they picked up I'm registered as a closed corporation with Hollywood, so what the hell?? Me being at work don't have time for all this bull**** as I even asked for assistance via the WhatsApp line and also a useless helpline all they do is say contact the callcentre or email, eventually they say someone will phone a lady called said everything is fixed now resubmit the withdrawal and guess what..........2 weeks later I'm still waiting on my payout after all the run around. This company's client etiquette is really up to ****, coz to think if I did not join this online **** and played manually by going to any other branch eg.betexcgange etc.I would've had my money already. Now it seems like I must run around for this and for that where all the neccesary docs has been sent, it was confirmed everything is in order so what now? I'm not putting this review here to get an apology from the company I need u to look into my account where I gave client ID above so that you can sort this mess out, to think I must question what is happening and email like crazy but you guys don't even have the decency to contact the client to let me know what is happening...oh besides for everything is OK now u can withdraw funds just to make me wait once again.
