I am writing this out of sheer frustration as I am being bounced back and forth between Hollywoodbets support and 1voucher, with neither company taking responsibility.On 07/06/2026, I made a R50 1voucher withdrawal from my Hollywoodbets account. The funds immediately left my betting account balance, but I never received the SMS or email containing my voucher code.When I contacted Hollywoodbets live chat, they told me to contact 1voucher directly. I did exactly that, but 1voucher support checked and stated that they cannot assist me and that the issue must be resolved directly by Hollywoodbets.It is completely unfair that my money has left my account, yet I am being ignored by Hollywoodbets support after following their instructions. I need a manager from Hollywoodbets to investigate this transaction immediately, trace the missing 1voucher code, or refund the R50 back into my betting account balance.
