Betting company

On the 27th of Nov - 2022, i requested a withdrawal of R3000.00 and to this day Hollywood fail to pay. I mean even honouring the turnaround of 48 hours still they failed. Sunday I called and requested for reversal of the same money and was promised that in 48 hours it will be paid and again still nothing. I call today and was given Ref 104 979 15 and the gentle I spoke to says another day or so! My advice to those who want to bet, look for other betting companies who knows what a customer is.
