<p>I feel very let down by Hollywoodbets, I saw a review about how they're online process is a mess, I totally agree because I also tried to register and to no avail, I'm even worse because I tried all avenues, I faced my details and got no response so called and have to give them my fax number so they can see if I sent the fax and when they finally found it, I was told it's not clear and too please take a picture and send it via WhatsApp I did that and then it was quiet then I asked on WhatsApp and was told I would receive a confirmation shortly and still nothing for days so I decided to write them again in WhatsApp letting them know how disappointed and let down I felt etc and till this day no response so Hollywoodbet your customer service is a real let down and you should really look into it because they are turning people away because I was so excited I let my friends know and I was told to register first and they would follow instead I got laughed at after all the praise I have you and after I sold a dream about hollywoodbet which I also got from someone else</p>
