Bet slip won but showing losing
I am writing to you to bring to attention a lucky numbers bet that I have placed. I placed 2 bets with the same number. One for R10 and one for R56. The 10.30am draw was selected using the Russia 5/36 lottery.
Now I am aware that the selection is specifically for the 10.30am draw as per the indication on the bet slips.
I have attached the bet slip details along with the draw details from 2 separate reputable websites for the 10.30am draw.
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. I am also going to be backtesting all past draws for this year to validate that this has not occurred multiple times.
I am also aware of the laws relating to advertised draws and odds.
