Bet amount automatically changed whilst playing

On 14th Dec tried hollywoodbets new game Ronaldinho spins deposit of 4000 was playing r25 a spin went down to 3686 then showing balance os 35cents I queried what happened cos funds disappeared I did not change any bet was still at r25 but they say the bet was r1500 which I did not place I always check they SD no bets was place and nobody can tel me how the bets changed on own from r25 to 1500 and 400 absolutely terrible after putting a query to find out what happened and who changed bet waited 48hrs no response then the response I get is u placed the bet but it's their system glitch cos I did not change anything
