Below Poor service

I made a R600 withdrawal on the 27th of May 2023 till this day I haven't received anything. They told me they will reverse the money back into my account. I called emailed and even did the live chat. The famous line "your query is being escalated to the relevant department " has been used every time i make contact. Its very frustrating. The customer service is poor and this relevant department seems to be unreachable.
