Be transparent

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Hollywoodbets regarding my account being blocked. I’ve been actively gambling on the platform and, when the issue came up, I immediately submitted all required FICA documents along with clear screenshots as proof. Despite doing everything asked of me, my account has now been under “audit” for over three weeks with no proper explanation.

I’ve spoken to multiple agents, including Ntombi Mtembu, Sifiso Mbatha, and Ntando Shabalala, and unfortunately none of them have been able to assist or provide any meaningful updates. Each time I reach out, I get the same generic response that my account is under auditing, but no one can tell me why it was blocked in the first place or what exactly is being reviewed.

It’s extremely disappointing to be left in the dark like this, especially after fully complying with all verification requests. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, and it feels like I’m being ignored despite providing all the necessary information. I simply want a clear reason for the block and a proper resolution, but so far, I’ve received neither.
